Freedom Friday | Your Victory Is About to be Delivered on a Platter

My Dear Friend,

What giant is standing in your way today?

Is it a frightening doctor’s report? A financial mountain that seems impossible to climb? A family crisis that has stolen your peace? A career setback, a broken relationship, or an attack from the enemy that refuses to let up?

When David stood before the giant Goliath, he didn’t speak with fear. He didn’t focus on the size of the obstacle. He didn’t calculate the odds. Instead, he boldly declared:

“You come at me with sword and spear… I come at you in the name of the Lord of Hosts… The battle belongs to the Lord—He’s handing you to us on a platter!”

What incredible confidence!

David knew something Goliath did not know. While the giant saw only a shepherd boy with a sling, David saw Almighty God already fighting the battle. His confidence wasn’t in the stone in his hand—it was in the God who had already determined the outcome.

That same God is with you today.

You may feel outnumbered by your circumstances, but you are never outnumbered when the Lord of Hosts is fighting for you. You may have exhausted every natural resource, but remember what David declared: “God doesn’t save by sword or spear.” Our victories do not come because of human strength, earthly influence, or financial resources. They come because Almighty God steps into our situation and does what only He can do.

And that’s exactly what I believe He wants to do for you today.

The battle belongs to the Lord, and He is about to hand you the victory.

No matter how large the opposition appears, it is not larger than your God. No sickness is greater than His healing power. No financial need is beyond His provision. No broken family is beyond His restoring grace. No addiction, no fear, no accusation of the enemy, and no mountain standing before you can withstand the mighty hand of God.

What seems impossible to you is nothing with God.

For more than 53 years of ministry, I have watched our precious Lord Jesus do the impossible before my very eyes. I have stood on platforms in churches, arenas, outdoor crusades, and stadiums in nearly every nation on earth and seen blind eyes opened, broken bodies healed, families restored, impossible financial needs supplied, and lives transformed by the miracle-working power of the Holy Spirit.

Time after time, I have watched God fight battles that no human being could ever win.

And today, I have that same faith for you.

I believe the God who handed David the victory is the same God who will hand your victory to you. What the enemy meant for your defeat, God will turn into a testimony of His faithfulness. The giant that has mocked you will fall. The mountain standing before you will be moved. The impossible will become possible because the battle belongs to the Lord.

David also declared, “The whole earth will know that there is a God.” That’s always the Lord’s purpose. When He heals your body, restores your home, opens the door you’ve been praying for, or supplies your every need, your miracle will become a testimony that points others to His goodness, His mercy, and His saving power.

Today, I am believing God with you for complete freedom. Freedom from fear. Freedom from sickness. Freedom from financial pressure. Freedom from anxiety. Freedom from every attack of the enemy. In Jesus’ mighty name, I believe your giant will fall and your testimony will bring glory to God.
