Dear Friend,
This weekend, citizens of the United States of America celebrate 250 years of freedom—a remarkable milestone that reminds us how precious liberty truly is. Yet as grateful as we are for the freedoms we enjoy as Americans, there is an even greater freedom that no government can bestow and no earthly power can ever take away.
The Word of God declares, “For freedom Christ has set us free; stand firm therefore…” (Galatians 5:1). The liberty purchased for us at Calvary is not merely political freedom—it is freedom from guilt, freedom from fear, freedom from condemnation, and freedom from the power of sin. Through Jesus Christ, we are no longer captives. We are sons and daughters of the King.
What wonderful words Jesus spoke: “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed” (John 8:36). This is the liberty that changes everything. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (2 Corinthians 3:17). There is no chain His presence cannot break, no burden He cannot lift, and no life He cannot transform. That is the glorious freedom we celebrate today.
The Apostle Paul reminds us that “there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus… for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death” (Romans 8:1–2). What incredible hope! We are no longer defined by our past failures but by His grace and His finished work.
Yet Christian liberty is never selfish. Scripture tells us, “You… were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love” (Galatians 5:13). True freedom releases us to love, to serve, to worship, and to carry the Gospel to a world desperately in need of Jesus Christ.
As we reach the halfway point of 2026, I cannot help but thank God for all He has done through your faithful partnership. Together we have witnessed lives transformed, miracles manifested, and countless souls brought into the Kingdom of God. But I truly believe our greatest opportunities are still ahead of us.
Powerful doors are opening before us across Africa, Australia, South Africa, and other nations unlike anything we have seen before. The harvest fields are white unto harvest. Multitudes are waiting to hear the Gospel, and together we have the privilege of reaching them while there is still time.
I want to ask you today to become an even greater part of this miraculous harvest through your prayers and your generous support. Heaven itself takes notice when we invest in the work of the Gospel. Every seed you sow helps carry the saving, healing, delivering power of Jesus Christ to precious people who have never experienced His love.
