Blessing Prayer for Week of August 4-10
“As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. Psalm 42:1“
Pray this prayer and let it guide you all week:
“Lord Jesus,
Open Your good treasure to me today. Give rain to my dry land. Bless the work of my hands dear Lord. Cause me to lend and not borrow, to be the head and not the tail. I heed to your commandments Lord and I will be careful to observe them (Deuteronomy 28:2-13). Your name is Faithful. You are Faithful to keep Your promises to your own. I praise You Lord. Your praises I set in my heart. Be glorified in my life today. My life, all that I am and all that I have is yours dear Jesus. Use me for Your glory and make my life a blessing.
“Pray always,” Paul wrote in 1 Thessalonians 5:17). Prayer should be part of our daily life, for it gives us the opportunity for offering thanks and for staying in communication with the Father. Prayer also gives us the opportunity to come to Him with our requests.
The Father promises:
“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which though knowest not” (Jeremiah 33:3).
Matthew 18:19 declares:
“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”
Glory to God!
Aleluiaaaa
“Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness and for his wonder works to the children of men.” Hallelujah Hallelujah Amen!
