Blessing Prayer for Week of October 20-26
“And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee. Exodus 15:26”
Pray this prayer and let it guide you all week:
“Blessed Lord,
Thank You for delivering me from the bondage of sin and slavery. I am no longer captive to the enemy. I am free, liberated and whole. I lift my hands in Your name and shout Your praise. Only You brought the Egyptians out of captivity and only You have redeemed my life. I offer a sacrifice of praise to You. I will continually give You thanks for Your goodness (Hebrews 13:15). You have made me victorious! Your grace is so glorious! Master, Redeemer, Friend – my knee to You I bend. I give You all my glory, honor and praise.
“Pray always,” Paul wrote in 1 Thessalonians 5:17). Prayer should be part of our daily life, for it gives us the opportunity for offering thanks and for staying in communication with the Father. Prayer also gives us the opportunity to come to Him with our requests.
The Father promises:
“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which though knowest not” (Jeremiah 33:3).
Matthew 18:19 declares:
“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”
