This CD marks the beginning of new Fresh Manna study of the apostle Paul’s first letter to the church in Corinth, which he had planted earlier. Even though First Corinthians was written 19 centuries ago, every word relevant to the body of Christ today. The apostle Paul expresses his hope of the believers to join together in faith as they grew in grace—“God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord” (verse 9). Then he points to the most basic of all principles: “For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God” (verse 18). We are told by the Father to share the promise of salvation through Jesus Christ with the world.

Another powerful teaching from Pastor Benny! Apps I want to know; when Apostle Paul says that God did not send him to baptise but to preach the gospel, what exactly is he saying. I understand from this teaching how pivotal the preaching of the gospel is to our job as Christians, but that does the baptism bit means… Is he saying that such things as baptism are not important…?
