Today’s Key Scripture (all references NKJV unless otherwise noted):

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.

—2 Corinthians 13:14

None of us can fathom God’s love. Try as I might, I don’t have the words to fully express the depth of His everlasting love.

Kathryn Kuhlman once said this that spoke so deeply to me that I wrote it down and have kept it to this day:

Do you understand what it means that you and I, frail creatures of the dust, may have fellowship and commune with the Holy Ghost? It is a communion that is constant. In that midnight hour when it is so dark and you lie there awake and you are conscious of a presence that is so close to you that He is a vital part of your breathing, there is no fear. There is no worry. You find yourself in close fellowship with a person, the Holy Spirit, a presence that is closer to you than even the beating of the heart within your body.

Communion with the Holy Spirit must be cherished. It is priceless. Those who understand and partake of this communion understand depths of joy, peace, hope, strength, and wisdom that no one else can experience.

And that communion is my prayer for you today as you spend time in His lovely presence!

A Prayer for Today:

Father in heaven, I worship you in spirit and truth. I seek fellowship and communion with you at all times during the day and night. I love You because You first loved me and gave Your Son to die as a sacrifice for my sins. Help me today to be mindful of all You have done for me. May I never forget the price You paid for me on the cross. Give me strength for the journey so that I may serve others as You direct me. I pray all of this in Your precious name, King Jesus. Amen! And Amen
