Blessing Prayer for Week of August 25-31
“The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. Psalm 92:12-13“
Pray this prayer and let it guide you all week:
“Dearest Master,
You have caused me to be the light of the world. I will not put my candle under a bushel today, but rather I will use it to give light to all my house. Cause the light of Your righteousness to shine greatly in me Lord. I want to bring glory to You (Matthew 5:14-16). Lord, I ask that I would grow in Your grace and knowledge today. Apart from You I am nothing. You are worthy Lord to receive all glory, honor and power (Revelation 4:11). I will never forget Your marvelous salvation. Thank You for cleansing me and making me whole.
“Pray always,” Paul wrote in 1 Thessalonians 5:17). Prayer should be part of our daily life, for it gives us the opportunity for offering thanks and for staying in communication with the Father. Prayer also gives us the opportunity to come to Him with our requests.
The Father promises:
“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which though knowest not” (Jeremiah 33:3).
Matthew 18:19 declares:
“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”
Sometimes we don’t even acknowledge the real power behind a prayer. It’s the way to communicate and interact with our Father. Greetings from Bogota Colombia, Nico Garcia.
