“Prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it” (Malachi 3:10).
The Lord has placed such a heavy, urgent burden on my heart for you the past few weeks. So strongly that I feel I must share this vital message again: that God is pouring out an anointing for houses and lands and wants to bless my partners with them unlike any time in the past!
He has been speaking to me a lot about His anointing for property and believing in His promises. This mighty message of faith is exploding in my heart for you today, for I know that He wants to do mighty things with you during the coming days as you enlarge your borders.
God recently reminded me of a time when I lived in Orlando and He expanded my faith and my borders. It’s a perfect time to share this memory with you!
I remember saying, “What are we going to do? We’re out of space!”
Our church in Orlando was growing so fast. We had been blessed with a miracle in obtaining the land for the first church building, but we desperately needed more. I read the Scriptures about the anointing for property and the prayer of Jabez about expanding our borders. That’s when the Lord told me, “Walk around the property and claim the land around the church building.”
I began walking around at night, declaring what God had promised. My pastors joined me to lay hands on the homes, and we eventually obtained every one of those homes during the coming year. That property was used to not only touch multiplied thousands every day with the Gospel, but it also became home base for a ministry that would stretch around the globe reaching millions each year, to the glory of God!
Outside the USA?
It happened, just as God promised, yet we were required to declare and act upon His Word. It required claiming it! Again and again during that year in Orlando, I was reminded of God’s promise to Joshua concerning the Promised Land (Joshua 1-5). They were told “to possess the land, which the Lord your God giveth you to possess it” (Joshua 1:11), and they had to act on that promise. As a result, they were given an inheritance of lands and houses beyond imagination. The land was given for their future! As long as they obeyed and acted on His promises, they prospered in that land.
A Season of Extraordinary Promise
God is calling His people to do mighty things—to receive the bounty of His goodness—and it begins by seeing what He wants you to become, then acting on His promises.
We are in a season of incredible growth in every realm—spiritual, physical, emotional, and financial. This certainly includes the anointing for property.
Jesus Himself promised:
“There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands” (Mark 10:29-30).
Prosperity is a decision you and I make every single day, not an accident! It’s up to you to receive what God has for you, especially with the blessings of houses and land that God has promised in His Word.
Prosperity, possessing the land, and expanding your borders is not man’s idea. It is from God Almighty, and it’s for you today!
A passage of Scripture that God continues to emblazon on my heart is Psalm 112:1-3 (NKJV):
Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches will be in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.
My faith is so strong for you right now, and as we move through this intense season of anointing for houses and lands, I know that something momentous is going to happen. In fact, I’ve been hearing mighty reports already of unexpected inheritances, financial windfalls, and unexpected investment opportunities!
It’s Time for You to Receive God’s Promises!
Jesus told us, “Become what you believe!” (Matthew 9:29 MSG).
Changing your future requires a different way of doing things. It requires action—a step of faith.
If you want to change your finances, heed God’s promise:
“Prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it” (Malachi 3:10).
Then sow seed with an assignment to change your future. God wants to bless you with houses and land so you can be a blessing to your family and others around the world!
Remember, seed cannot multiply until it is sown! Obey the Lord. Simply sow your financial seed, then declare His promises, and see what God will do for you.
The right time is right now!
With all my heart, I want you to be part of this blessing and anointing! Remember these seven powerful truths I’ve been sharing the past few months:
1. Prosperity is a decision you and I make every single day, not an accident!
2. To those who have given up anything for the Gospel, God has promised to bless them with houses and lands.
3. Prosperity begins with sowing seed.
4. Prosperity is passed to future generations.
5. Generous giving brings protection in addition to abundance.
6. Circumstances can’t stop the harvest. You must simply obey.
7. The more seed you plant, the greater the harvest!
It’s time for you to prosper, to own houses and land. And it is time for you to stake your claim in faith.
Don’t let anyone or anything (including your own doubts) talk you out of God’s promises of prosperity.
You can prosper both spiritually and financially. Both belong to you as a covenant believer. Lay claim to them by faith!
It’s up to you to reach out and receive what God has for you. Step into a new place of biblical prosperity as you plant a significant seed-gift today.
My prayer is that God gives you land and properties, just as he did for Jabez, who prayed: “Bless me, O bless me! Give me land, large tracts of land. And provide your personal protection—don’t let evil hurt me” (1 Chronicles 4:9-10 MSG).
Take a step of faith that you’ve never taken before so you can witness a miracle of property, houses, and abundance you’ve never experienced before!
Don’t delay. Put your seed in God’s hand this moment. Your time has come to step into this season of momentous miracles!
