we are illegial losing our home because my daughter was never served a summons. Judge Farnett refused a dying person a traverse Hearing to prove this. Her daugter is losing her home. I din't owe nythng t the time. They owed me but jdge doesn't care it's only whether my daughter ws served or not.. Her home ws forclosed on. we didn''t know this until nine years later. Judge refused a dying mom protect her mom and daughter. We are now looking for a a honest atty to bring to appeals court to protect her home..

Prays for my granddaughters dealing with her mom death 2/13. We ae all having a very hard time but she nnd her mom were unseparatable.
