Joanna called Shelter Plus Care they let her know even though she has been homeless for years in San Joaquin county because she still in Sacramento that they never filed it which is wrong she wasn't in Sacramento county she has been in San Joaquin county EASILY it was like God Joanna work didn't ever matter make it and Joanna she doesn't EXIST or matter and she was born In French Camp. Joanna gets to be able to leave The STATES and have a way to make it somewhere new so she isn't crying she doesn't even EXIST in her own Country as nothing anymore.
