After being harassed, fired, two year of court hearings, and getting one last written appeal, the final decision of the appeals commission is to reverse the orders of the administrative law judge. This means I should not have been disqualified from recieving unemployment compensation due to misconduct. It also means I am not subject to restitution or repaying the 5,000 of unemployment benefits I recieved in 2019. Praise God!
