URGENT FOR MICHAEL LOGAN 37YO WHO WAS FALSELY ACCUSED OF A CRIME HE DIDNOT COMMIT. HE IS DISABLED FROM A NEAR FATAL CAR AX IN 2009 WITH A BROKEN NECK, BACK, SHATTERED PELVIS, TBI DESPITE MY FILING DAILY MOTIONS COURT HAS DELAYED HIS EMERGENCY HEARING UNTIL 3/12/25 . HE SUFFERED A SEIZURE AS THEY DID NOT PROVIDE HIS REQUIRED MEDS FOR WEEKS . THEY FOUND HIM ON THE FLOOR THE DEPUTIES TRIED TO COVER THEIR EREGIOUS ACTIONS BY SAYING HE WAS SUICIDAL. WHICH IS A LIE! I AM FILING AN EMERGENCY MOTION NEED JUDGES FAVOR AND STATE ATTY FAVOR TO REACH A DEAL TO GET HIM OUT.
