Cancellation:
- If you have a monthly subscription, your account is charged monthly. You may cancel at any time, however, monthly renewal charges are non-refundable.
- If you have a yearly (annual) subscription, you may cancel your subscription so that you are not charged a membership renewal in a year from the date of sign up.
- Yearly charges are not refundable.
Suspended Accounts:
If you suspend your account, you will not be charged during that suspended period; however, your account will be disabled and deleted after a certain period of time.
