The wildfire survivors deeply appreciate the supply boxes we place in their vehicles, but the tears pour out when we pray over them, asking God to give protection, favor, strength, and courage during the coming days.
One of my visions years ago, was to do something for the hungry. Over the years following that vision, we’ve provided food, clothing, shelter, and medical care for thousands in the United States and abroad.
For 46 years, Benny Hinn Ministries has formed many strategic partnerships around the globe to move quickly when disasters strike. Again and again, during terrorist attacks in the United States and abroad, earthquakes in South America, floods in America’s South and Midwest, tsunami-related tragedies throughout the Pacific Rim, and hurricane destruction along the Gulf, my dear partners and I have literally reached out in the midst of chaos and disasters with food, temporary shelter, and hope.
God stirred my heart and spoke to me very clearly two years ago that this hands-on outreach to the poor and needy—from that moment forward—would be a major, vital part of this ministry!
As you know, we partnered with other organizations, unsuccessfully, but each step has revealed the clear mandate that is arm is an exclusive arm of Benny Hinn Ministries and our partners.
Now, this newest arm, Compassion for the Hungry, is working to establish distribution points for food and supplies, not only at places like the California hotspots, but also soon in Florida with families hit especially hard with the COVID-19 pandemic.
