I will not depart from You. I come to You thirsty today. Fill my cup. Plant me like a tree by the waters. Cause my roots to spread out by the river. Search my heart Lord and try the reins. I seek to do goodness in You. Thank You for being my nourishment when I have felt I would faint. If it weren’t for You Lord I wouldn’t make it a single day. You have caused me to flourish and grow. Your Word has quenched my thirst. I stand upon Your promises with confidence. Thank You Lord that You mean what You say (Numbers 23:9). All the power of heaven backs You up. Your Word says, “Beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth” (3 John 2). I receive Your prosperity and health now. Today I ask that You would regenerate, revive and restore my life.
We serve a Savior who offered Himself not only as the sacrifice for our sins, but who also suffered the shame of Calvary’s cross to bring healing those who believe in Him. We are told: “Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed” (1 Peter 2:24).
Matthew 18:19 declares:
“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”
