I have cured myself of many sicknesses and diseases including brain tumor, appendicitis, kidney infections, gallstones, kidney stones, headaches, strained muscles, back problems, and leaky gut syndrome by using the spices Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, aloe vera, buttermilk, and other cultured and fermented foods. There is a natural cure for everything including AIDS - HIV ( I have read accounts of people who were cured of AIDS by drinking Aloe Vera juice and eating black cumin seeds, garlic, and turmeric ). I had a dream when I was little about a spice, a wonderful smelling spice in a bowl, in a little room surrounded by beautiful countryside.
