Today’s Key Scripture (all references NKJV unless otherwise noted):

Lord, you have reigned as King from the very beginning of time. Eternity is Your home. Chaos once challenged You. The raging waves lifted themselves over and over, high above the ocean’s depths, letting out their mighty roar! Yet at the sound of Your voice they were all stilled by Your might. What a majestic King, filled with power! Nothing could ever change Your royal decrees; they will last forever! Holiness is the beauty that fills Your house; You are the One who abides forevermore!

— Psalm 93:2-5, TPT

God places His glory among You as part of the body of believers, even as He provides protection from the enemy of your soul!

The Scriptures tell us clearly that God’s throne is forever. It is God’s will to pour out His blessings upon You today. It is His desire for you to enjoy the blessings of fellowship with Him of divine health, abundance, and so much more. Both the Old and New Testaments have much to say about the favor and blessings that come to those who live righteously.

For example, God’s ever-present disposition toward us is revealed in His covenant of healing with the children of Israel: “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.” (Exodus 15:26). He said, “I am the Lord”—in present tense. He didn’t say, “I was,” not “I will be,” but “I am!”

God is ever present and everlasting. He is “the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8). There are no boundaries, limitations, or time constraints on God’s promises. His promises to You for fellowship with Him, healing, health, and abundance are the same today as with any past generation. And your testimony of His goodness can be very sure!

A Prayer for Today:

My precious Lord, I don’t know will happen to me today, but I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that You are my Anchor, my Rock, and my Fortress. You are my ever-present Shield of protection and my Strong Tower from any storm I may face today or in the future. I can’t wait to see what You have in store for me today, for I will embrace today as a new opportunity to see You at work in my life. In Your mighty Name I pray, Amen!
