Key Scripture:

He who continually goes forth weeping, bearing seed for sowing, shall doubtless come again [c]with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

—Psalm 126:6

Do you have loved ones who need Jesus Christ?

It seems that all of us do. Upon salvation, most of us immediately begin praying for our lost family members to receive Jesus, too. We want them to discover for themselves what we’ve experienced during that life-changing moment when we become new creations in Christ Jesus.

It has been many years now since February 14, 1972, at 7:50 a.m. when I said, “Jesus, come into my heart.” A moment later, as I walked out of the library at Georges Vanier Secondary School to go to my French class, I was a transformed teenager. And one of the first things I wanted to do was share my newfound faith with my family.

Let me tell you, on the authority of God’s Word, that the season for the salvation of your family is coming as you:

  • Stand on God’s guarantees for the salvation of your family
  • Learn to intercede effectively for each family member in your role as a priest.
  • Take authority in your position as a king and challenge the devil for the souls of your loved ones.

The season for salvation of your loved ones is here!

A Prayer for Today:

Father God, I believe that You will prepare and strengthen me for the road ahead so that when I ask, You will answer. I ask now for You to compel and convict my unsaved loved ones to come to You for salvation. Soften their hearts to understand that You’ve paid the full price for their sins by sacrificing Your only begotten Son, Jesus. Help each one to see how simple salvation is—opening one’s heart to receive Your cleansing from sins and receiving Your forgiveness. Help me to be an effective witness for You. Grant this, I pray, in the Name of Jesus, Amen!
