Blessing Prayer for Week of February 10-16

“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14

Pray this prayer and let it guide you all week:

“Dearest Master,

I know that empty words do not move You. A repetitious, memorized prayer requires no relationship. So I choose to connect with You now and to speak with You from a heart of love. May the meditations of my heart be acceptable in Your sight Lord and the prayer of my heart rise before You as incense. I give You my love and adoration today, I seek You because of who You are. Not because of what You can do or what You can give to me.”

“Pray always,” Paul wrote in 1 Thessalonians 5:17). Prayer should be part of our daily life, for it gives us the opportunity for offering thanks and for staying in communication with the Father. Prayer also gives us the opportunity to come to Him with our requests.

The Father promises:

“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which though knowest not” (Jeremiah 33:3).

Matthew 18:19 declares:

“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”
