Blessing Prayer for Week of March 10-16

“Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:1-2

Pray this prayer and let it guide you all week:

“Lord Jesus,

I welcome Your Holy Spirit into my life. I ask that He would come and touch the depths of my soul and strengthen me spiritually. I want to be mature in You, ready to serve You and stand in faith upon Your Word. Even though I am facing obstacles today I know that You are my light and salvation. I won’t be afraid. You are the very strength of my life (Psalm 27:1). Grant me tremendous faith to believe You for the miraculous. I know that I am not justified by works but rather by faith in You. I focus upon You Lord. I will not be distracted by believing for things. My faith is not in faith itself but in a Person – You. Cause Your peace to flood my being even now.

I rejoice in Your grace and stand full of hope in Your great glory.”

“Pray always,” Paul wrote in 1 Thessalonians 5:17). Prayer should be part of our daily life, for it gives us the opportunity for offering thanks and for staying in communication with the Father. Prayer also gives us the opportunity to come to Him with our requests.

The Father promises:

“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which though knowest not” (Jeremiah 33:3).

Matthew 18:19 declares:

“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”
