Blessing Prayer for Week of January 20-26

The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.Psalm 34:17

Pray this prayer and let it guide you all week:

Mighty Savior,

I am seeking many things today. My personal needs are great. So, I come to You even now remembering Your Word in Psalm 50:15, which encourages me to call upon You in the day of trouble. Your promise is to deliver me, Lord, and I seek You for deliverance today. I will not give up Lord Jesus. I set my face to call upon You. Even though circumstances can bring discouragement, I know that Your silence does not necessarily mean Your denial. I trust in You for the timing of my miracle and give You glory because my answer is on its way.

“Pray always,” Paul wrote in 1 Thessalonians 5:17). Prayer should be part of our daily life, for it gives us the opportunity for offering thanks and for staying in communication with the Father. Prayer also gives us the opportunity to come to Him with our requests.

The Father promises:

“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which though knowest not” (Jeremiah 33:3).

Matthew 18:19 declares:

“Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.”
