BHM Environment

Hours of operation are typically 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. We do have staff 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Hours will depend upon the position and shift for which you are applying.

Paid Time Off accrues each pay period to a maximum of 18 days in the first 4 years of employment. Paid Time Off increases after 4 years of service, and again after 9 years of service. We value life balance and strive to help employees maintain healthy commitments to family, ministry, and work.

Headquarters culture is a professional environment with a team spirit where everyone is daily involved in supporting the mission and ministry of Pastor Benny. It is a privilege to work under the anointing as we take the gospel around the world.

Daily Devotions are held from 8:30 to 8:45 each day, with an hour-long service each Wednesday.
